EARNHARDT COLLECTIBLES

Earnhardt.

Without a doubt, one of the most famous names in racing history.

The family and the legend started in NASCAR with Ralph Earnhardt.

Then on to Dale in the #3 Chevrolet and today we cheer for Dale Jr

and brother Kerry as they continue to move the legend forward.

Now Dale Jr. is leaving DEI, the company his father started,

to drive for another team or perhaps start his own NASCAR team.

No matter what he chooses to do, his fans will still jump to their

feet and cheer as he thunders by. Cheering him on to victory!

Now is a rare opportunity to score a bunch of Earnhardt collectibles

as they will definitely get scarce and pricey from here on out. Buy

at least two of everything; one to keep and the rest to sell for profit.

It's offical: Junior will join the Hendrick stable for 2008. Will he be

driving the #8 car next year or go with a whole new car/sponsor?

He's been doing quite well lately with four top-tens and he gets his

crew chief back for the Daytona race. Eury Jr. was suspended for

six races following the wing infraction on the COT back in May.

Junior will not have his current major sponsor on his new ride next

season according to recent reports. Will he be driving the #8 car

or make a clean break with a new team/number/sponosor? The

new sponser will reap enormous attention given the popularity of

Dale Jr and NASCAR in general. EarnhardtCollectibles.com seems

like a excellent choice.

Everyone should be collecting anything with pertaining to Dale Jr

and the #8 car as he will have a new number/sponser for next

season. DEI will not allow the #8 go with Junior to his new team.

Dale Jr scores a top five win at California.

However, he is still out of the top twelve with less than 150 points

needed to join the chase for the Nextel Cup. He still has a small

chance to make it in if things go his way and if Harvick or

Busch do poorly.

He blew it up! Dale Jr blew up the

white Elvis tribute #8 Chevrolet while going for the win at Richmond.

He was near the front of the pack with six to go, but it was not to be.

His engine went up in a cloud of smoke and he finished well back

in the results at 30th. With Harvick finishing seventh and Busch

finishing ninth it would not have mattered if Junior had finished or

won the race he could not have made it into the top twelve.

We know Junior can drive a race car, now he needs the

mechanical equipment to endure the wear and tear

of professional racing...and a bit of good fortune.

We now know that Dale Jr will be driving the #88 car and

the sponsor will be Pepsi (Mtn Dew and Amp Energy) along

with the National Guard. The #88 was transfered to Hendrick

just for Junior to use in 08. The number has some history in the

Earnhardt family as his granddad, Ralph Earnhardt, drove the

#88 when he was racing in the late 1950's. Junior's current

sponsor, Bud-weis-er, is slated to sponser Kasey Kahne in 08.

Anyone that collects Earnhardt or Kasey Kahne has

a rare opportunity to get some valuable items with these

forthcoming changes in teams and/or sponsors.

2008

Dale Earnhardt Jr has won the Bud Shootout!

DJ led the most laps of the race and at the end went

to the front with the help of teammate Jimmie Johnson.

He held off a determined Tony Stewart for the big prize.

This is his first win since 2006, his first with Hendrick and

the first in the #88 car.

For the biggest race of the year race, the Daytona 500,

DJ will start on the inside of the second row. That means

one thing: his car is strong. We know he has the ability to win

and to win at Daytona so, watch out ya'll!

Dale Jr's big gamble pays off big at Michigan Speedway.

After spending the front end of the 2008 season racing,

wrecking and finishing well but not winning a points race,

Dale's fuel mileage gamble paid off in a much needed win.

The car ran so low on fuel that it was cutting out on the last lap,

which was a caution lap, but he crossed the finish line under

power. The crew's teamwork helped get the car to victory circle.

What's in your tank? Not much but just enough to win.
